Shift and schedule: Flexitime, Monday to Friday
Role and Responsibilities:
– Take a lead role in designing and structuring the layout of CRM systems.
– Write clean, efficient code using programming or scripting languages like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
– Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) client-side servers using Salesforce LWC frameworks.
– Create Photoshop Design Files (PSDs) to visually represent the CRM system layout.
– Design the architecture of the application components, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
– Determine the most suitable technologies and languages for the CRM project.
– Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in existing CRM projects.
– Conduct performance benchmarking tests and provide code reviews for colleagues.
– Build and test Application Program Interfaces (APIs) to facilitate application data exchange.
– Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and languages, and conduct testing to incorporate them into CRM projects.
– Collaborate with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and Developers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Communicate with business users to understand their requirements, address issues, and implement enhancements.
– Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Skills & Experience:
– Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning component development.
– Experience in designing and developing complex Salesforce projects from start to finish.
– Strong web/UI development skills including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
– Familiarity with CI/CD processes through Salesforce DX, GitHub, Gearset, or Jenkins.
– Experience with work tracking software such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira.
– Background in software development with expertise in .NET, Java, or JavaScript.
– Knowledge of REST API integration and data migration tools such as Data Loader and Talend.
– Familiarity with Apex Classes and Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
– Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, growing business environment.
– Salesforce Administration Certification or Developer Certification.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
